CNC Machining
High-precision milling and turning for functional components

Precision and reliability are essential when producing components with tight tolerances and demanding performance requirements. We support this through advanced in-house CNC machining of aluminium and magnesium to deliver ultra-precise parts for both prototypes and small to medium series production.
Supported by more than 20 state-of-the-art machining centres and 4000 m² fully climate-controlled production setup, we combine 3-axis and 5-axis milling, turning and automated unmanned operations to ensure speed, consistency and scalability. From castings, forgings or raw billets to finished component, our integrated machining capabilities enable fast adjustments, high quality documentation and reliable delivery across demanding industries such as automotive, robotics, motorsport, defence and space applications.
Prototypes from billets
High-precision CNC machined components in aluminium and magnesium. Ideal for tight tolerances and rapid design iterations. Fast delivery times from 1 to 5 weeks.
Series
Small to medium production runs with consistent quality, repeatability and documented precision. Supported by advanced automation for efficient manufacturing and reliable delivery.
From billet, forging or casting to precision machining
We offer a complete manufacturing workflow that takes your component from billet, forging or casting all the way to finished precision machining in aluminium and magnesium. By combining different forming technologies with CNC milling and turning, we ensure highly accurate components with complex geometries, tight tolerances and production-ready quality.
Our integrated approach allows us to select the optimal starting point. Whether solid material, investment casting for rapid prototyping, or sand casting and die casting for both prototyping and small series, and carry it through to fully machined parts. This creates an efficient and flexible process that supports everything from early design iterations to final functional components with consistent, repeatable results.

Great solutions come from asking questions
Our FAQ covers common questions, but not everything. Reach out if you need more detailed answers.
We specialize in aluminium and magnesium, but also work with plastics and a range of other metals depending on the application. These components are typically produced alongside aluminium or magnesium parts, allowing us to deliver complete solutions from a single source. Our focus remains on lightweight, high-performance components.
Lead time depends on the starting point and complexity. CNC machining from billet can in some cases be delivered in as little as one week. Components based on casting processes combined with machining typically require longer lead times. We always focus on selecting the optimal manufacturing route to minimize overall delivery time.
Yes, we offer inspection reports as part of the delivery. CNC machining and dimensional inspection are handled in-house, ensuring consistent quality, short communication paths, and reliable delivery times.
Yes, we can include surface treatments and assembly as part of the delivery. This includes processes such as SurTec 650, anodizing, Cerakote and powder coating. Through our established partner network, we ensure consistent quality, efficient coordination, and reliable delivery times.
Simply upload your CAD data and any available drawings or specifications. A brief description of your project is sufficient. Our engineering team will review the information and provide technical feedback together with a quotation.
To provide an accurate quotation, we typically need a 3D CAD model, STEP format preferred, and technical drawings if available. Additional information such as material and alloy, quantities, and further requirements helps ensure a fast and precise quotation.
