Through our departments in Denmark and China we produce elements in plastic for spray casting. We can help with the entire process from consulting to production of prototypes, production of tools and the following series production.

In Skive and Ningbo we have gathered a team of specialists within the field of spray casting and we, therefore, offer Danish Quality at Chinese prices. We have special components when it comes to production and control of many elements in the same project. Thus we often carry out projects which involve 10-40 different elements.

If you choose to involve Formkon in the entire production process, you gain great advantages. We keep track of all the information for you – before, during and after the project – and you do not have to change between several different suppliers of design, development, prototypes, tools and the following production.

Maturation of elements

At Formkon we are experts in asking the right questions when we or you have an almost finished plastic element. Let us go through the element for you – it will most likely work to your advantage in the end. We are experts in adding the small details which give the element a finer surface, make it cheaper, faster or easier to spray cast.
