- Production in China and Denmark

The tool production as well as the production of the injection moulding parts is carried out in both Denmark and China – you and the nature of your project decide. We have machine capacity from 25 to 5000 tons.

To ensure the high quality our Danish experts are involved in the entire tool process and Danish experts always participate in the test-run as well as approve the finished tool in accordance with our specifications.

Quality assurance by production in China Last phase before shipment of parts is a substantial quality check which our Chinese department carries out. They make a written report for the batch in question and only when this has been approved then the parts are shipped.		Sale of tools If you only want to buy tools this is also possible. We deliver tools which has been thoroughly tested as well as approved by Danish project managers and are ready to use. You receive a manual with technical specifications and settings as well as an outline of the connection fittings which is intended for the new tool including water, electricity, air, hydraulics etc. This ensures that the new tool fits perfectly with your existing production device.
