With the Quick Die process it is possible to produce die casted Prototypes and smaller series in aluminum, magnesium and zinc within 4-8 weeks.
The process sets out in a conventional die casting process but to keep tool costs as well as time of delivery down, we have simplified the tool process. For example we produce the tools in soft steel types and use many standards components in the tool process.
