Formkon’s prototyping department produces prototypes in magnesium, aluminium, plastic, zinc and a number of other metals.

Our prototyping facility was established in 1995 and since the beginning we have carried out more than 2.000 different prototyping projects.

The processes we offer:

Investment casting	Extremely fast prototypes in aluminium, magnesium and other metals
Plaster casting	Die casting similar prototypes in magnesium, aluminium and zinc
Quick Die	Die cast prototypes and smaller series in aluminium, magnesium and zinc
Vacuum moulding	Extremely fast prototypes in plastic – (PUR – polyurethane)
Quick Moulding	Injection moulded prototypes and smaller series in plastic
